Our cadet training program is a paid, benefitted full-time position with a two-year commitment for Cambridge residents between ages of 18-23 who are interested in pursuing a career in public safety.
Parkour Generations Boston
This program is designed to help youth to acquire the professional skills and coaching experience needed for working within the parkour industry, while also building valuable professional skills.
Green Cambridge
A paid 8-month urban forestry and environmental careers discovery program for Cambridge high school students aged 16-18.

Office of Workforce Development (OWD)
During the school year, CRLS students can come to the Youth Employment Center (Room 2101, 2nd floor) during any lunch and some days after school to seek help in finding employment.
Cambridge Housing Authority
We are a comprehensive after-school educational enrichment and work-readiness program that includes paid workshops for low-income preteens and teens in Cambridge public housing.
The Welcome Project
We provide language and interpretation classes, youth programs, multicultural community events, and other supports for immigrant families.
We offer summer jobs to Cambridge teens, from age 14 through the summer after they graduate high school.
DHSP Community Learning Center
Prepare for your high school equivalency tests or improve your reading, writing and math skills!
Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services
Assist older adults with transportation to and from clinics so that they can keep much-needed medical appointments for screenings and treatments. This role is in high demand!
Help an older adult in Cambridge or Somerville budget and manage their finances. This program helps ensure that essential bills like rent and utilities are paid!

World changers have a rare combination of creativity, tech savviness and passion. Come develop your world changing superpowers with other iFp Teens in our school year summer and internships.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts
This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12. Bigs agree to meet Littles for 3 hours, a couple of times a month.
This program offers paid school-year internships at Harvard University for CRLS juniors and seniors.
We offer discounted MBTA passes to income-eligible Cambridge residents between the ages of 19-25.
