Sign-up Information
Ages: 14 to 18.
Grades 8th grade through 12th grade.
Cambridge residents only.
Limited availability. Students must be 14 years old at the start of the program. Students will be invited for interviews based on strength of application. Must reside in Cambridge.
Wheelchair accessible.

- Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program Trax Application by April 29th
- Contact us to get a copy of our IFP Registration form.
Acceptance into program is competitive. Registration forms must be completed, then students will be invited for interviews based on strength of application. Thought must be placed into responses. One sentence answers in statement of interest will not be competitive. Only 4-5 new students are accepted per term.

Our Summer Internship Session takes place Monday through Thursday from 9:15am - 3:15pm and occasional field-trips on Fridays
Our School Year Afterschool Internships take place Monday / Thursday and Tuesdays / Wednesdays from 3:30pm - 6:30pm

Join our collective of aspiring teenage creatives, technologists and change agents whose reason for being is to make a difference in their communities and ultimately, the world. Our flagship program, iFp Studios is organized as a teen-powered design and innovation studio. iFp Teens learn to use creative technologies such as coding, web and app design, augmented reality, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics and more to build experiences that advance social justice and spark positive change.
iFp's projects have been installed in some of Cambridge’s most innovative places. Hundreds of people interact with our projects daily. Past projects include: Kendall Square’s Looking Glass sculpture and Cambridge Public Library’s augmented reality installation This Should Not Be (inspired by the George Floyd murder). If you are interested in making a difference - iFp Studios is for you.
