Summer Camps and Activities, Resources for Renters

We help people pay for theirwinter heating bills if they are from low-income households in Cambridge and Somerville.

This guide gives caregivers a quick and easy format to read through their summer camp options and reach out to staff for assistance.

This list contains several programs that provide low-cost or free internet and phone services to low-income households and individuals, including the Lifeline Program and Comcast Internet Essentials.

Our City programs connect renters, homeowners and landlords to resources that help save money on their utility bills while also addressing climate change through renewable energy and efficiency.

Contact the MSC if you are living on the street, in emergency shelters or at risk of losing your housing and need help.

We help Cambridge residents and small businesses access clean-energy, efficient, and affordable programs. We can help you learn if you're paying too much on your electricity bill and save you money.

We offer access to affordable rental and homeownership units for low, moderate, and middle-income households.

We offer Taekwondo classes all year round, including the summer, in a fun and educational environment where children 4 and up use martial arts to build self-confidence, focus, and physical wellbeing.

We offer summer ballet classes and dance programs, primarily for children of all levels ages 3-10 years-old.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

The guide is organized around six key themes: affordable housing, emergency housing, housing rights, legal and mediation services, safe & healthy homes, and financial assistance.

We preserve and maintain affordable apartments that are home to low and moderate income Cambridge residents. Property management and community coordinators help ensure that everyone feels at home.

We work with individuals and families who need help with their housing.

We offer a Chinese Immersion afterschool program for PK to 6th grade students and an Art & Talent Class for PK to 12th grade students in the Cambridgeport/ Central Square area near the MLK School.

Safehome: Up to 1 month stay in a confidential location for an individual or family.
Transitional Housing: Up to two years of rental assistance for up to 16 survivors and their families.

We are a multilingual and multicultural preschool and kindergarten with afterschool and summer offerings in Central Square. We specialize on Early Global Education and Teachers growth.
