If you or someone you know are in need of Heading Home services, we recommend completing the Cambridge Coordinated Access Network application. These applications will place you on waitlists for several organizations. Based on vulnerability, you will be referred to the first agency with an opening at a program for which you meet the requirements. There is a possibility that you may not be placed with Heading Home but may have the opportunity to be housed with many more organizations that may be able to help.
