We you make your home more energy-efficient and help to save you money on your utility costs if you qualify for our low-income programs.

Typically, you'd apply for the DHSP Fuel Assistance Program and, if you qualified, you'd then be referred to other money-saving programs.
Cost
This Program is free!
Access our advice is free and many of the programs we'll refer you to will be free or reduced price. They generally based on your income and what you already pay in your electricity bill. Contact DHSP Fuel Assistance to learn if you'd be eligible for low-income programs.
Location
The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.

Dates and Times
This is an ongoing program.
Monday through Friday.
Monday = 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday = 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday = 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

We can help you make your home more energy-efficient and connect you to services that provide assistance in covering utility costs. Working with Mass Save energy efficiency professionals, you can replace inefficient appliances, lighting, and heating/cooling equipment, insulate your building, and identify other ways to save. Most energy upgrades are no-cost and create savings as well as increase your comfort and health. We also connect you to services that can help you cover utility costs if you are struggling to pay your bills.
If your household is eligible for Fuel Assistance, you also qualify for a Discount Utility Rate, can request a FREE home weatherization assessment, and get emergency heating system repair and replacement.
