Adult Education and Enrichment

Learning Spanish can be a rewarding and joyous journey! This class is about building connections, nurturing curiosity, and celebrating the lifelong adventure of learning together.

Join us for a workshop to make a small quilted potholder or trivet. Using the ‘assembly line” quilting method, you will plan, cut, and sew a quilt using our sewing machines.

This fun, friendly dance class is suited for all fitness levels. You will learn basic steps geared towards improving one’s balance. Seated warm up and cool down exercises are performed.

Join our Men’s Group. Light refreshments will be served.

A 60-minute class starting with a cardio warm up, strengthening exercises using hand
weights or Thera bands for resistance. Muscle conditioning reinforces good posture
