Casa Myrna is Boston's largest provider of domestic violence awareness efforts and of shelter and supportive services to survivors.

We are a youth-led, adult-supported social support organization committed to social justice and creating, sustaining, and advocating for programs, policies, and services for LGBTQ youth.

We rescue fresh food that might otherwise go to waste and distribute it within the local emergency food system where it can reach those in need.

We work to prevent suicide and support those who have lost someone to suicide. Each year, 300+ volunteers answer more than 80,000 calls, texts, and chats on our Helpline.

We help provide legal resources and information for people of color and immigrants about common situations.

We work to create a health care system that provides culturally competent care to everyone, especially the most vulnerable among us, through public policy, advocacy, education, and public service.
