We provide nutritional counseling, healthy food benefits, workshops, education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health and community resources at no cost to eligible Massachusetts families.
Sign-up Information
Ages: Pre-natal to 5.
This program is for pregnant women and families with children ages 0-5. Families must meet income guidelines. (Families that receive SNAP, TAFDC benefits, are on specific MassHealth Plans (e.g. MassHealth standard) or are applying for a foster child are automatically income eligible). If you don't fall under one of these categories, you must provide proof of income.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
1) proof of income (or proof of participation in one of the programs listed above)
2) proof of identification
3) proof of residency (your address)
4) the person who is applying for the program
Men are also welcome at WIC. Any male caregivers are invited to enroll their children and bring them to appointments, attend programs and benefit from WIC services.

- Mondays & Tuesdays, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM;
- Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

WIC is a FREE nutrition program that helps families with children under five get healthy food and learn how to eat well. It also supports pregnant women, infants and new moms.
