CW Taekwondo at Boston provides opportunities for fitness, fun, flexibility and community for adults by teaching martial arts in Cambridge and the Boston area.

Our aging information and service center makes referrals to elder services and disability services, either through those individuals directly or through a caretaker.

We provide summer programming for ages 3 to 6. Our lead teacher and owner is a mother of four children raised in Cambridge with over 20 years of early education experience.

We offer exercise classes for older adults such as Gentle Sculpt, Chair Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Taichi, and more.

Our Childcare Program serves children age 15 months to 5 years old in two Toddler and two Preschool classrooms. We have school year and summer spots for enrollment.
