The Office of Student Services (OSS) includes a variety of services, supports and programs dedicated to ensuring equitable access and success for students with disabilities.
Sign-up Information
- Ages: 5 to 17 and Adult.
- Cambridge residents only.
- Translation services available - Contact the organization for more details. and Wheelchair accessible.
All grades.
Registration required

To find out if your child is eligible for special educations services:
- Submit a written request via mail to: Office of Student Services, 135 Berkshire Street, Cambridge, MA 02141.
- In the letter, be sure to include:
- Name of Child
- Child’s date of birth
- Child’s current school
- Child’s grade level
- List of parent concerns (i.e. why do you feel your child needs to be evaluated?)
Parent contact information (e.g., name of parent/guardian, address, phone number, and email).

This Program is free!

- Only virtual (online or over the phone).

This program runs during the school year.
Additional information
Services and supports include both special education and 504 services based on each student's need and eligibility as outlined by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
