We offer summer courses in specific subject areas for students who are interested in new learning experiences or who are from racially or economically oppressed backgrounds.
Sign-up Information
Ages: 14 to 18.
Grades 8th grade through 12th grade.
Cambridge residents only and Organization affiliates only.
This is for current CPS 8th - 11th graders who will enter 9th - 12th grade in September 2022. Most are open to anyone interested.
Wheelchair accessible.

CRLS Summer ELA Preview Program
All students can enroll in specific courses for three sessions. They include AP Literature, AP Language, and Grades 9-12 Virtual Previews.
CRLS Summer Math Preview Program (MPP)
All rising CRLS students that are identified as being from backgrounds that are historically marginalized for race or class. Families are notified if they can enroll in one of our two-week courses that include: Algebra I & II Honors, AP Computer Science, Geometry Honors, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus, and AP Statistics.
CRLS History Preview Program
All students can enroll in one or our 2-week virtual learning experiences including: Grades 9-11 AP History Skills or Developing Leadership Around Gender Equity.
AP Physics: C Mechanics
All students can enroll in our online summer prep course exploring kinematics and forces that are covered in high school.
