We offer a wide range of engaging, affordable, and high-quality classes to adults in a welcoming, creative community. In-person, online, and hybrid options are available.

A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

Cambridge Senior Center offering lunch Monday through Thursday.

We provide basic English classes to seniors at both of Cambridge Senior Centers (Citywide and North Cambridge).

We help older adults with housing, wellness support, financial education, public benefits applications, and referrals to additional community resources.

We provide a weekly Zoom drop-in group for LGBTQIA+ older adults as well as a Virtual Visits group for transgender and gender diverse older adults. We also offer LGBTQIA+ and trans bereavement groups.

CW Taekwondo at Boston provides opportunities for fitness, fun, flexibility and community for adults by teaching martial arts in Cambridge and the Boston area.

We offer exercise classes for older adults such as Gentle Sculpt, Chair Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Taichi, and more.

We offer case management and counseling services for Cambridge residents over the age of 60 and their caregivers.

Council on Aging offers a wide range of social services and is committed to meeting the needs of seniors. We can connect people to services or even meet them where they live to help them connect.
