Please contact us to make an appointment. Due to a high demand for our services, CHA is prioritizing appointments for patients who are either enrolled in Primary Care at CHA or are residents of our service area.

The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
- Both in-person and virtual (online or over the phone).

This is an ongoing program.
Monday through Friday.
Morning and Afternoon.
Additional information
We work directly with victims to help them access community resources, medical services and the courts. Our services are always confidential and are provided at no cost. We provide support for you and your loved ones. We assist with safety planning and needs assessment for you and your family.
