 Participants in this workshop will learn practical tools for using art as a teaching tool in biology. Art-science can build STEM identity, reach all kinds of minds, and increase students' observation skills, retention, and engagement. Skills and resources are tailored to align with the Vision & Change recommendations for biology education, the 4DEE framework for ecology education, and the Next Generation Science Standards for high school life science education.
