We empower women, girls, and nonbinary folks through a variety of gender-intentional programs and opportunities.

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12, and agree to see each other for 3 hours, a couple of times a month in the Little's community.

SHINE is a group run by MIT students that strives to instill confidence in female and nonbinary students through a combination of dance, creativity, and math mentorship.
