We offer exercise classes for older adults such as Gentle Sculpt, Chair Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Taichi, and more.

We provide an engaging and empowering summer dance program for children.

We offer summer ballet classes and dance programs, primarily for children of all levels ages 3-10 years-old.

Twice a year, in January and September, Cantilena holds open rehearsals with the option to audition.
Interested treble singers are asked to fill out a form.

For ages 4+! NSM offers group instrument lessons, choir ensembles, & private lessons on strings, guitar, woodwinds, piano, and voice.

We offer high quality, humanistic ballet education and training for children of all levels age 3 and up.
