A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

We offer a variety of services, supports and programs dedicated to ensuring equitable access and success for students who have a documented risk of regression during the summer months.

Join us for a fun, math-focused summer! Kids entering grades 3-9 will play math games, learn to do art and music with a math focus, and become better solvers of non-standard, hard math problems.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

The program follows an Illustrative Math Curriculum with a concrete, pictorial and abstract approach to math, enabling students to learn mathematics meaningfully.

We are offering virtual tutoring in all subject levels (K thru 12), including ACT/SAT test prep and foreign languages.

TriTogether is a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing free tutoring to children, teens, and young adults in foster care.

Our tutors work 1-on-1 with youth in grades 4 - 12 to improve academic and social skills through the school year in a safe, structured, and welcoming community.

We provide free, high-quality, and hands-on science activities and mentoring for children and teens typically one day a week at each location.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.

We promote the earliest parent-child relationships by helping parents manage the care of a new baby.

We visit moms and dads of young children at a convenient location to share information about early literacy development, talking and reading with children, and community resources.

We are an in-person, free summer camp with academics and enrichment for Cambridge students in grades K - 4th who need extra summer support.

We support students and 1:1 volunteer tutors/mentors with homework, academics, social-emotional learning and community advocacy.

The Cambridge Doula is a home visiting program available to all expecting parents who are Cambridge Health Alliance patients.
