We offer a wide range of engaging, affordable, and high-quality classes to adults in a welcoming, creative community. In-person, online, and hybrid options are available.

A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

We provide a weekly Zoom drop-in group for LGBTQIA+ older adults as well as a Virtual Visits group for transgender and gender diverse older adults. We also offer LGBTQIA+ and trans bereavement groups.

CW Taekwondo at Boston provides opportunities for fitness, fun, flexibility and community for adults by teaching martial arts in Cambridge and the Boston area.
