A home visiting programs' primary purpose is to support and encourage parents and caregivers, share information, and connect families with resources in their home and/or a convenient location.

Our teen support text line connects young people up to age 24 with a peer they can talk to when they feel lonely, depressed, overwhelmed, or suicidal.

We offer a variety of services, supports and programs dedicated to ensuring equitable access and success for students who have a documented risk of regression during the summer months.

We offer Taekwondo classes all year round, including the summer, in a fun and educational environment where children 4 and up use martial arts to build self-confidence, focus, and physical wellbeing.

We provide free and nutritionally balanced meals to Cambridge residents 18 years of age and under. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian options offered at all meal sites!

The Center for Families Newsletter is full of information, resources, and supports for Cambridge families with children birth-8 years old.

The CW Youth Taekwondo program provides classes to children and youth, with a fun and challenging curriculum that emphasizes coordination, focus, self-confidence and respect year round.

This is our traditional program where adult mentors are paired with children ages 7-12, and agree to see each other for 3 hours, a couple of times a month in the Little's community.

We offer high quality, humanistic ballet education and training for children of all levels age 3 and up.

Join us on Zoom, 10am ET, for half an hour, on occasional Saturdays to learn and practice techniques for having difficult conversations.
