Our aging information and service center makes referrals to elder services and disability services, either through those individuals directly or through a caretaker.

We offer exercise classes for older adults such as Gentle Sculpt, Chair Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Taichi, and more.

We host parkour classes for all ages and abilities throughout Cambridge and Somerville every week!
