Older Adult Activities

We offer a wide range of engaging, affordable, and high-quality classes to adults in a welcoming, creative community. In-person, online, and hybrid options are available.

Our aging information and service center makes referrals to elder services and disability services, either through those individuals directly or through a caretaker.

We offer exercise classes for older adults such as Gentle Sculpt, Chair Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Taichi, and more.

For ages 4+! NSM offers group instrument lessons, choir ensembles, & private lessons on strings, guitar, woodwinds, piano, and voice.
