Our Primary Care experts can help you and your family live your healthiest lives. We offer Primary Care, Women's Health services, our PACE Program for older adults, and our CHA Pharmacy.

We are one of two shelters in Massachusetts that accept people who are using drugs and alcohol and are homeless.

We provide comprehensive support to the parents and caregivers of youth with mental health challenges, as well as their children, through a variety of coaching, childcare, and community-building programs.

Our programs serve to improve awareness of the importance of oral health to overall health by providing oral health education, dental screenings, and assistance with access to care.
