We are a paid job readiness training program for teens and young adults.
Sign-up Information
Ages: 16 to Young Adult.
Grades 10th grade through 12th grade.
Applicants must be between 16 – 24 years old (Must turn 16 by the end of May)
Refreshments provided.
Wheelchair accessible.
Registration required
- Sign-up is ongoing
To apply youth must attend an Info Session.
January - February at 119 Windsor Street, Cambridge or on Zoom.

Workshops take place 119 Windsor Street or virtually. Jobs take place on location at Old Navy locations in Greater Boston.
Dates and Times
Tuesday, March 5 – Wed, May 13 2026
Monday through Thursday.
Afternoon and Evening.
Workshops run March - May.
Jobs begin in June and also throughout the year.
Paid classes are twice a week; options available in afternoon and evening
