We provide individual and group counseling for adults remotely during COVID-19 by meeting with clients over the phone and video conferencing.

Registration required

Our intake and referral staff will work with you to determine your eligibility and set up and appointment. No one is turned away for their inability to pay.

Cost

Fees range from $2 to $60 per visit. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Health insurance is not accepted as payment.

Additional information

De Novo's counseling program is providing services remotely, by telephone and video conferencing. The office is closed to protect the health of clients and counselors.

De Novo draws on the expertise of some 140 dedicated volunteers to provide direct services to our community's most vulnerable members. Counseling services are given to those experiencing anxiety, depression, social isolation, relationship difficulties, family troubles, work problems, trauma associated with violence, or other concerns.

De Novo continues to serve our clients and community during this challenging time. If you are in need of legal or counseling services, call our Intake and Referral Line at (617) 661-1010 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
