Our online taekwondo classes are modified for workout at home. All you need is a space about as wide as you are tall!
Sign-up Information
Ages: 5 to Adults.
Classes for kids are ages 5-13
Classes for adults are ages 14+

Cost
Our regular membership fee is $149 per month.
For the duration of the pandemic, we are offering a 15% discounted rate of $125/month to full members, who will also be welcomed into in-person sessions when we are allowed to re-open, as well as potential outdoor workouts we may offer. Online-only memberships are also available for $75/month if purchased before June 1. (New students who are unfamiliar with taekwondo will also receive one on one Zoom sessions with an instructor to learn the basic moves. Call for more details.)
Location
The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
- Only virtual (online or over the phone).
- Transportation from school provided for some eligible students; check with your child's school.
Our facility is closed during the COVID-19 outrbreak.
Dates and Times
This is an ongoing program.
Monday through Saturday.
Afternoon and Evening.
Monday-Friday
Kids classes are 4:15pm-5:15pm
Adult classes are 5:15-6:15pm
Saturday classes are 1:30-2:30 guided stretching sessions.
Additional information
Our online taekwondo classes are modified for workout at home. All you need is a space about as wide as you are tall and about two feet longer than you are. (So if you are 5'4" you need a space about 5' x 7'.) Classes are taught via Zoom, and are divided into kids and adults time slots, but both groups are welcome to take each other's class.
