Teen Programs at MIT Museum

Our teen council and teen interns work with MIT Museum to plan and lead STEAM programs and events, connect with MIT researchers, and the MIT Museum.
Sign-up Information
Ages: 14 to 18.
Grades 9th grade through 12th grade.
Must be an interested, current high school student and vaccinated against COVID-19 (or provide documentation of medical or religious exemption). For the paid teen internship, must be 16 years of age by the program start date.
Application required

Have your child fill out the application. Applications are due by 9:00 PM on September 25th, 2023. Applicants will be contacted about acceptance status during the first week of October. If you have any questions, please reach out to us (contact information above).
Cost
This Program is free!
Includes a paid teen internship for those who apply and get accepted.

- Both in-person and virtual (online or over the phone).

The MIT Museum is looking for creative, dedicated, and inspired teens to apply to our Teen Programs, either the Teen Programming Council or the paid Teen Internship at the MIT Museum in Cambridge, MA. This program builds leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills through the planning of programs and events for their peers.
