We run a summer flag football program for girls ages 7-14, as well as a women's league for adults ages 18+.

This program is FREE for girls ages 7-14.

We offer pre-season trainings and league play in several 4-week sessions, each generally happens from 10:00am - 12:00pm (9:30 arrival/set-up) on Sundays.
