Our summer programs provide a creative, hands-on learning experience like no other. Get ready for a summer brimming with thrilling explorations and discoveries alongside us!
Sign-up Information
Ages: 11 to 18.
Grades 6th grade through 10th grade.
Eligibility is based on age and grade level - The Middle School program is open to the ages of 11-13, including rising 6th graders. The High School program is open to the ages of 14-18, including rising 9th graders. All programs are open to any skill level, including beginners.
Refreshments provided.
Lunch is included. Students must have their own laptop.
Registration required

Register by clicking on the program you want from our homepage, selecting the weeks/topics, and following instructions on the forms. Families should register ASAP, we will be closing registration mid-June. Registrations will be accepted on a rolling-basis.
Cost
Middle school program costs $2,090, High School Program costs $2,190
Fee is all-inclusive and price includes:
• Catered fresh daily lunch
• Dedicated NuVu Coach (6:1 student to coach ratio)
• Studio content & activities
• Expert instruction and facilitation on projects
• Equipment, tools, materials, supplies for student projects

+ The Middle School Summer Program (11 - 14 yr olds) will run at the NuVu Innovation School in Cambridge located at 450 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA in the heart of Central Square and a block east from the red line Central Sq T stop.
+ The High School Summer Program (15 - 18 yr olds) will run at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology located at 77 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA on the 4th floor, in the Department of Architecture studio and shop spaces.
Dates and Times
This program runs during the summer.
Monday through Friday.
Morning and Afternoon.
Programs are 5-days each week from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Session 1: July 8 - 19
- Session 2: July 22 - August 2
- Session 3: August 5 - 16
Additional information
Our topics range from automobiles, games, AI, art, design, biotech, engineering, robotics, science, technology, to many more!
In each studio, in a period of two weeks, students will stretch their creative limits to come up with something they have never created before. They will design sci-fi vehicles for uncharted terrains, create gadgets that detect toxins in the environment, program and build robots for deep-sea exploration, design and fabricate clothing to support extraterrestrial survival, and even build augmented reality worlds.
