We are here to answer your questions about health insurance in Massachusetts and troubleshoot issues with state programs.

Everyone is welcome! Children receive their healthcare insurance through their parent or guardian.
No application or registration needed.
Cost
This Program is free!
We don't require you to complete any application for our service, but you will be asked to complete the application for your health care coverage that we are supporting you with.
Location
The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.
- Only virtual (online or over the phone).
We can answer your questions and support your application via phone or through the contact form on our website.
Dates and Times
This is an ongoing program.
Monday through Friday.
Morning and Afternoon.
Our typical helpline schedules runs on weekdays from 9:00am-5:00pm

Health Care For All’s HelpLine is a free resource available to everyone!
The HelpLine is staffed by specially-trained Health Care For All counselors with up-to-date information about health care coverage. It is not part of a government agency.
