February Vacation: Cooking with STEAM!

Cambridge Camping provides an in-person STEAM-centered cooking program during the February school vacation week.
Sign-up Information
Ages: 9 to 13.
Grades 5th grade through 8th grade.
Eligibility is based on grade level, not age!
Wheelchair accessible.

Cambridge Camping provides programs for children and families from under-resourced circumstances in Cambridge and surrounding communities. Eligibility for enrollment in this program may be determined based on household size and income. The online enrollment process will ask families to submit documentation to verify household income to be reviewed by Cambridge Camping staff.
Cost
$60/session (Includes a $10 non-refundable registration fee)

Join Cambridge Camping's in-person, STEAM-focused cooking program for campers ages 10-14 during February vacation week. Dive into the science, technology, engineering, art, and math of cooking—all ingredients and supplies provided!
Participants will experiment with the properties of baking ingredients to figure out how cookies are made, scientifically produce the perfect soft-boiled egg, and use natural fermentation to make bread and churn butter. These are just some of the experiences middle schoolers will enjoy in this fun filled (and tasty) week. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
