These resources were designed to serve teens with a disability and their parents or caregivers. Many are designed to be accessed with support from an adult.

The program serves people at their homes or wherever it is needed or online.

This is an online tool that may direct people to both in-person and virtual services.

This is an ongoing program.
Additional information
If you think your child may need help making some or all of their decisions when they turn 18, we can explain the options for helping them. If you need to get legal Guardianship, we will walk you through the process.
