We provide inspiring mentoring and out-of-school time experiences to empower immigrant youth and support their academic, career, and personal success.
Sign-up Information
Ages: 14 to Young Adult.
Grades 9th grade through 12th grade.
Cambridge residents only.
Students need to be enrolled in Cambridge Rindge and Latin School and identify as an immigrant. They can come to the international center at CRLS to get more information We serve high school immigrant youth ages 14-21. Strongly recommended for students that speak Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole.

Registration is rolling throughout the school year. Students or their caregivers who are new to Enroot can fill out an interest form and we will reach out to you. Or you can also visit the International Center at CRLS to meet with our Program Director, Laura Montoya.

Dates and Times
This program runs during the school year.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Our programs run October 15th to May 31st.
- Mentoring Nights meet 6:00 PM -7:30 PM.
- Internships are 3:00 PM- 5:00 PM.
Additional information
We provide mentoring, tutoring, college access workshops, and 1-1 case management to hundreds of low-income immigrant youth. Weekly mentoring nights include: homework support, game activities, college prep, and SAT prep. Monthly opportunities include STEAM Lunch and Learn at CRLS library - Internships and leadership Seminars
We also host various other initiatives to empower immigrant youth and families. Our authentic relationships with every student, volunteer, and partner allows us to continually evaluate and ensure the best possible outcomes for our students to overcome obstacles and achieve lifelong success.
