Additional information

Our teeth play an essential role in our lives. We eat, talk, and smile with our teeth. Our smile is key to helping us feel good about ourselves and creates confidence in our daily lives.

The Oral Health team collaborates with Cambridge Public Health Department staff and partners to educate the community about oral health and its importance to overall health. We deliver programs and participate in community events to promote oral health. This helps us identify families in the community with dental concerns and provide them with support and guidance to meet their dental needs. Our team administers the Cambridge Healthy Smiles Program, the oral health education program in the Cambridge Public Schools. Cambridge Healthy Smiles prepares students to care for their teeth for a lifetime.
