We can meet people virtually or help organize transportation if they are barriers to getting help. Call us to arrange support.
Dates and Times
This is an ongoing program.
We're available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays. We're closed on all major holidays.
Additional information
The Bridge Clinic is a safe, welcoming place to get help for substance use—whether you are currently using, thinking about stopping, or already receiving care but facing challenges. Everyone 18 or older is welcome. You do not need to be a CHA patient, and insurance is not required. Recovery support, care, and help when you need it.
