We can help you with applying for health insurance like MassHealth, Health Connector plans, Health Safety Net and dental plans through the Massachusetts Health Connector. We can also help people choose the right plan, choose a medical provider, make changes to their coverage if something changes in their lives, like losing a job, having a change in income or in your family. Our Navigator staff can also help to make insurance less confusing! They can provide information on co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and many other terms that are hard to understand. Medicare recipients and uninsured state residents can also meet with Joseph Almeida, a state-certified SHINE Counselor to learn about healthcare benefits and options.
CEOC’s staff speaks Haitian Creole, Amharic, Tigrinya, Portuguese, Spanish and English.
