Ages: Adults.
To be eligible to participate in this program you must be connected to Cambridge and are currently living in a shelter or on the street or a place not meant for habitation or exiting an institution where you has resided for 90 days or less and who resided in an emergency shelter or place not meant for human habitation immediately before entering that institution.

This is an ongoing program.
We offer walk-in hours for anyone seeking support between the hours of 1:00PM - 4:00PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
Additional information
We connect people who are homeless in Cambridge to permeant supportive housing opportunities. Individuals can complete a C-CAN intake assessment to join the eligibility pools for subsidized housing programs and to potentially be connected to Housing Navigators that can assist with documentation readiness and housing search. We can also offer referrals to other resources for various needs they may have.
