This is a state-sanctioned drop-in center supporting people who inject drugs and their network to reduce health risks by providing risk reduction supplies, referrals, and counseling.

Needle exchange and supply pickup hours: 

  • Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: from 9am – 12pm; 1pm – 4pm
  • Thursdays from 9am – 12pm.

Additional information

 As of September 1, Fenway Health/AAC is operating the needle exchange as “one person in, one person out” model to allow people to come inside for up to 10 minutes to get supplies.. You will be able to pick up new supplies, drop off old supplies, and grab Narcan! Please note that your MUST wear a mask (we will give you one if you don’t have one) and answer some COVID-19 screening questions before entering.

 

Outreach services also offered on Mondays (Alewife, Porter, Davis); Wednesdays (Central, Harvard); and Fridays (Alewife, Malden).
