Soca Fusion® creates a space where people can transcend beyond limitations this society has conditioned us to believe as true. We strive for all of us to BE free with confidence, joy, and love in all of the spaces we move through. Soca Fusion® started for youth. It started with local black community support and love. It has grown overtime through the consistent and hard work of phenomenal black women and women of color. Soca Fusion® will continue to spread joy and love through its classes, apparel, partnerships and more! We can’t wait to see what the future has in store, and to see the community grow!

After years of traveling to Trinidad and Tobago and training with dance companies, and performing for Soca Artists, in 2017, our founder Ella realized it was time to create a public, open-level class for the various communities she was a part of back home. 

Soca Fusion® now offers a range of dance classes, workshops, performances, and wellness programming for people to learn and reconnect with their bodies while vibin’ to Soca music, one of the many sounds of the Caribbean. Whether you consider yourself a seasoned dancer or beginner to the world of dance, Soca Fusion® welcomes you to explore a fusion of Afrocentric movement, whine your waist, and workout!
