Join us for a series of walks as we slow down, be attentive to nature with all our senses, and deepen our appreciation for Fresh Pond Reservation.
Sign-up Information
Ages: Adults.
Wear comfortable clothes for a gentle walk with no elevation (dress for the weather). Bring a portable seat, if desired. We will look to pause where there is seating.

We will be guided to settle into our bodies and connect with our location and with our group as we then “walk the talk” and slowly explore part of Cambridge together. Join Mindful Outdoor Guide Stefanie Haug and Ranger Tim in this series of nature and health.
Our Mindful Outdoor Experience will include: simple warm-up movements, natural history of the area, guided breathing and centering awareness, mindful walking with sensory activities, and finding our nature meditation/sit spot.
