Additional information
We will use simple materials and a lightly structured process to promote creativity and community.
In stressful times, collage is a powerful practice for well-being and resilience:
- It affirms our creative birthright.
- It's a safe and healing way to get in touch with and express our conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings.
- It can be a form of meditation, particularly for those who have a hard time meditating in more conventional ways.
- It helps us let go of overthinking and tap into a deeper level of intuition, symbolism and wisdom.
- It's fun, freeing and outside the pressure to achieve and get things right.
- It opens us to new ways of seeing, thinking and communicating.
- By working with our hands and physical materials, we take the time to get away from screens and come back to our bodies.
Materials will be provided. Registration is not required.
