Additional information

We will use simple materials and a lightly structured process to promote creativity and community.

In stressful times, collage is a powerful practice for well-being and resilience:

  1. It affirms our creative birthright.
  2. It's a safe and healing way to get in touch with and express our conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings.
  3. It can be a form of meditation, particularly for those who have a hard time meditating in more conventional ways.
  4. It helps us let go of overthinking and tap into a deeper level of intuition, symbolism and wisdom.
  5. It's fun, freeing and outside the pressure to achieve and get things right.
  6. It opens us to new ways of seeing, thinking and communicating.
  7. By working with our hands and physical materials, we take the time to get away from screens and come back to our bodies.

Materials will be provided. Registration is not required.
